Good news for those who like the cold
Rip and I had a
very welcome and quite incredible trip to La Palma (Canary Islands). God
has blessed us with 15 years of marriage and Rip is now a member of the
40's Club. It was lovely to spend a week celebrating together, and the
surroundings were spectacular, God's amazing creation. We are so
thankful for Rip's parents who looked after Bryony, Moxie and Jasper.
They had a very special time together.
De Vierslag (home
office of Atlantic Bridge) is bustling and bursting at the seams as 4
new interns , 2 Circuit Riders, 1 team leader and several miscellaneous
people arrived. Then several days later 20 young people stayed over for
the Bridgebuilders start weekend. The interns are a great bunch: Anna
(Germany), Rashida (Belgium), Mintaute (Lithuania) and Bogdan (Romania).
The children and interns have already become very good friends.
Wednesdays they come over for dinner and we have lively discussions and
much laughter. It's fascinating to hear about their countries, culture
and faith/religion (one being a muslim and one from orthodox church).
Please pray that our whole family will be a clear witness for Jesus.
