Home ::
Looking back over 2011 we are thankful for the promises God has given us in His Word: to love us, to be with us, to lead us. Instead of having a list of resolutions my cousin wrote in her blog about having just one word for the year. We really like that idea and we have chosen a word for 2012: trust (trusting, trustworthy). Trusting in God's promises and trusting God to work in our lives and the lives and hearts of our three children. Being trustworthy.Thank you for praying about our car, Rip was able to contact a client who's mechanic was able to look at the car and sort it out. It runs smooth and we had no trouble travelling to the UK for our Christmas break. The time we had in the UK with Rip's family was a very memorable time. We were encouraged by fellowship and great conversations while enjoying fabulous food. God is good!
Amber's dad had surgery last month but is recovering nicely. Thank you for praying.
Atlantic Bridge ::
Two new interns have joined us at Atlantic Bridge, Robert and Daciana are both from Romania. One more girl from Spain will arrive in a couple of weeks. So this week we will have four interns for dinner, full house! We're excited about new opportunities this year to get to know these young people. Trusting God to help us make a difference in their lives.
